PROCESS FLOW OF COMPLAINT MECHANISM


  1. In Case of any grievance/complaint against the Stock Broker / Depository Participant. Please fill Complain through Online Portal or write us at grievnace@jvgroups.com  or letter to the registered office or call on Telephone No. 0281-6169999
  2. Upon receipt of such complaint same were entered into complaint registered maintained at the registered office AND Complain No provided.
  3. Sr. Manager and Compliance officer used to verify the complaint registered on a daily basis and reviewed by top management on a weekly basis.
  4. If any complaint is received, the same will be overlooked by the head of the department who will transfer the same to their team member.
  5. Thereafter executive of the legal compliance department will start compiling the required data and forward the same to Sr. Manager or Manager for verification, analyzing, and drafting of a reply to the complaint.
